Space Station Freedom

Jack Walter was a Director of the McDonald Douglas Space System Company. He worked on the International Space Station. This video was made from a tour given by Jack Walter where he discusses the parts of the space station and how it was assembled including the integrated Truss Segments which were assembled in space. He also discussed the Habitation and Laboratory Modules. The main construction of the Space Station was completed between 1998 and 2011, although the Station Evolves continuously. On September 8, 2001 the former Air Force One, the aircraft that flew President Ronald Reagan during his Presidency, made it’s final flight to San Bernardino International Airport. At the airport were a crowd of former Ronald Reagan Administration members, dignitaries and friends gathered to witness the Secretary of the Air Force officially turn over the SAM 27000 to Nancy Reagan to be placed in the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. In 1989 Jim and Joyce Van Schaack visited Italy. They began their trip in Milan and worked their way south to Sorrento. They visited an early shopping mall, a great cathedral, saw a statue of Leonardo Di Vinci. visited a palace in Milan. In Genoa they visited an early home of Christopher Columbus.
